Grover Web Design is my on-going and successful web development project. I have been taking on clients for about two years now. Running
your own business forces you to wear many hats and live and die by your weakest. I focus on making my customers happy to build long-term
business relationships. Most of my clientele come from word of mouth or people liking my work and contacting me.

Dynamic Web Resume is my first endeavor into the web development world. I came up with the concept for a dynamic web resume back in
2007 and basically learned the skills to bring it to life. DWR's actual web resumes have evolved greatly over the last few years,
always being upgraded to utilize the most up-to-date technologies. DWR is a vast resource for resume knowledge providing resume
advice, tutorials, examples, and web resume services.

Running a self-funded and self maintained TNT fireworks stand for the 4th of July season was an experience that will never be forgotten. It was a micro startup company spanning two weeks. The stand needed permits from the fire department and city to allow for the sale and storage of fireworks. I, also, had to adhere to both location(Walmart) and TNT guidelines in order to run the business. The crew included me and 3 employees. We moved $30,000 in product in 3 days! It was high intense and very rewarding.
La Fiesta USA is my current "Southern" project. I was originally brought in to make the website. Once I was involved and noticed a lot
of gaps in the project, I was brought on full time as one of the two lead project managers. My responsibilities include but are
definitely not limited to negotiating corporate investments, TV commercials, radio commercials, online exposure, permits, business
licenses, insurance, and much more. A common theme in my involvement with projects is that I get 100% involved. In this project, I have
been dealing with corporate investors one day and handing out flyers to potential vendors the next.

"Toys for Joys" was a great event that raised money for 6 different Boston area charities. I was the technical coordinator for the
project. I developed the website, newsletters, sign-up forms and was involved with the public portrayal of the event and its
corporate donors. I developed the content management system so the organizers could keep track of the guest list and major
sponsors. The event was a great success with 375 guests. We raised over 2000 gifts and $15,000!

Giving back to the community is very rewarding, especially when you're putting a smile on a child's face. Believe it or not this is
one of the greatest benefits of playing professional hockey. I have been given countless chances to spend time with both sick and
underprivileged children. Most notably would be having visited two different Ronald McDonald Houses (St. Louis and Cincinnati).
We always get a great response from the kids and find a way to make them laugh.
